I once had a Sailor Moon fan character named Sailor Lightning. Someone created yet another themed super group (villain-side, this time) for characters based on anime's sparkly princess warriors. I'd been trying to create Sailor Lightning's costume for a long time, now I've finally gotten close enough that I felt comfortable rolling her up for this group. |
