CHARACTER INFO

Initially Cindercloud was going to be an opposite to Storm Maven in the same way that Saluna and Solinae are opposites - two sides of the same coin. I wanted to make them both witches, but with the witch hat unavailable to villains (and thus Storm Maven), and unobtainable until completing the Katie Hannon Task Force, I had a hard time creating a "witchy" costume for Cinder. Now that the magic booster pack is coming out I could redo her costume, but I actually happen to like what I came up with.
