She's from some obscure, tiny Former-Soviet state. Her mom was never home and she has no idea why, though it's because she was either a hero or a villain or something. Anyway, Brosche basically raised herself, and thought joining Arachnos was a good idea because it paid better than the regular gangs. I haven't thought about how or why she came to the United States, but eh.
