IN-GAME BIO

Blittums was born a faerie, but she's always hated magic. From the outset she was determined to do everything the scientific way. "Oh sure," she would say, "they can put dew drops and frost on leaves and things, flitting about like blazing idiots, but science is exponentially more powerful when properly studied and applied!" Good hearted in the end, the self nicknamed "Blitzium" (who was trying to make her name sound more scientific) is full of her own self importance. She is determined to master the weather powers with which her ancestors merely tinkered, but through science, not sorcery!

CHARACTER INFO

Blittums is one of my brother's nicknames for me. According to him it evolved from "Kelly bitty belly" into Blittums, Bliticules and various other nonsensical words. I didn't want to actually name the character Blittums because it would be really weird to hear (or read) anyone other than my brother calling me that, so the character (in-universe) changed her name to Blitzium. My brother does call me Blitz, but it's not as weird to hear that from other people too.

I love Blitzium, and she made me love Storm Summoning. If I actually role-played her, her personality is supposed to be somewhat condescending or patronizing, believing Science to be The One Truth. (Which may very well be the truth in our own reality, but given that Blitz walks among aliens, robots and all kinds of mutants and magical creatures, it's a pretty narrow-minded view for her to have.) She's a kind-hearted soul, though, and doesn't truly look down on anyone. (Her personality is based heavily on someone I know who thinks of themself as a scientist, but feels that their own methods and ideas are The Only True Science.)
